Our History
Texas Glass Association North Texas Division was started in 1977 to promote professionalism and profitability within the glass industry through unity and education.
Our mission is to serve the needs of owners, operators, and employees of independent glass companies, engage in enhancing services and products offered to the general public, and to further the advancement of the glass industry in Texas and the United States.

Partner Associations
TGA has two area divisions, the Texas Glass Association North Texas Division and the Houston Area Glass Association. Both divisions hold quarterly dinner meetings and provide informative speakers on relevant topics.
TGA hosts TEXPo, the best little Trade Show in Texas.
The Texas Construction Association (TCA) was established in July 1998 to be the voice of Texas construction subcontractors and suppliers throughout the state of Texas. Subcontractors and suppliers now have united influence in how the construction industry is governed.
If you are a subcontractor or supplier, you will be glad to know that we’re working on your behalf for:
- Fairly distributed responsibility and accountability
- Safe working environments
- Reasonable laws regulating the construction industry
Founded in 1948, the National Glass Association is the largest and most influential trade association serving the architectural glass, and window and door industries. The NGA represents nearly 2,200 member companies, produces the industry's leading events and publications, and provides cutting-edge education and training programs. Its sister organization, the Window and Door Dealers Alliance, represents the interests of retail, wholesale, and installing dealers of new and replacement windows, doors, skylights, and related building products. The NGA's annual events— including GlassBuild America and the Glazing Executives Forum—serve as a centralized meeting place for thousands of professionals.
